Shipping Policy

We pack and ship orders as quickly as we can, but this isn’t a giant warehouse with conveyor belts and robots. It’s a small operation run by real people with real schedules.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Sometimes it’s faster. Occasionally life gets busy and it takes the full three days. Either way, we’ll get your order out as soon as possible.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Typical estimates are:

• UK: 2–4 working days

• International: 5–14 working days (varies by country)

These are estimates provided by the carriers and unfortunately once the parcel is in their hands, it’s outside our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive the details once your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order seems unusually delayed, get in touch and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
