The “Trust Me, It’ll Be Fine” Return Policy

We believe buying things online shouldn’t require reading a legal document the size of a novel. So here’s our return policy, simplified.

 

The Short Version

If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll sort it.

No endless forms. No jumping through hoops. Just get in touch and we’ll make it right.

 

The Slightly Longer Version

If any product you receive from us:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Doesn’t work as expected

  • Shows a manufacturing fault

  • Or just clearly isn’t right

Contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or solution that makes sense.

We may ask for a photo and your order number so we can understand what happened, but that’s about it.

 

The Only Things We Can’t Really Cover

As much as we’d like to help with everything, we can’t cover:

  • Items that have been intentionally damaged

  • Products that have been modified beyond recognition

  • Running the item over with your car

  • Using the item as a hammer (we dont make hammers)

  • Feeding it to a dog

(If any of those did happen though, we’d genuinely love to hear the story.)

 

How To Start a Return

Just contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick explanation of the issue

  • A photo if something is broken or faulty

We’ll reply with the next steps and get things sorted as quickly as possible.

 

The Philosophy

We’re a small store run by real people, not a giant corporation hiding behind 47 pages of legal fine print.

If there’s a genuine problem, we’ll do our best to fix it.
